We currently support the following modes of payment
Option 1: Direct Bank Transfer
Make your payment directly into our bank account (Details of the account will be visible once you place the order). Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have been remitted to our account.
Option 2: UPI Payments
Please make a upi payment to 6366684838 (SMILE PLEASE CREATIONS) send the screenshot to the same number (+91 6366684838) along with Order ID. Only after the payment is received, the processing of the order will be started.
Option 3: Contact us on WhatsApp @ +91- 6366684838 if you have any concerns or questions while placing your order.
Once the payment is verified, the status of the order will be changed to Processing.
For the available products, the shipping will be initiated within 2 working day courier service. The shipping information/tracking information will be shared as soon as the product is shipped. The time taken for the delivery depends on the courier service and the location. Usually for within the state of Karnataka it would take 2 – 3 days and for other parts of India 3 to 7 days.
For Backorders products, i.e. the items which are not readily available at the time of placing the order, but, is there in our catalogue, could take around 3 to 5 days working days, after which the product will be shipped. If you have any questions or any tight timeline, please let us know.

For digital products, you will receive a link on your email. There will be a download limit and duration within with you need to access it. In case, you want to download later, and not able to, please write to us with your order number.
Also, sharing a downloaded file that you have purchased is strictly prohibited.
