All the products are handmade and checked thoroughly before shipping. However, in case of any issues, please contact us via WhatsApp (+91 63666 84838) or via email query@smilepleasecreations.com at the earliest with your order number in the subject. We would be happy to resolve any concerns you have.
In case the issue is found to be genuine, a replacement or a refund might be provided. Having an unpacking video would be helpful.
Incase of refund, once refund is initiated, it will be completed within 5 to 7 days.
